Backpocket helps owner-operated service contractors see which dollar needs attention next — unanswered quotes, approved work that hasn’t been invoiced, completed jobs without a bill, and overdue invoices.
Getting started
- Create an account with your email address.
- Add a customer, then a job for that customer.
- Add a quote, mark work as approved, and create invoices as you go.
- Open the Today tab to see your Money Queue, ranked by the dollars at stake, plus your potential, approved, outstanding, overdue, and paid totals.
Backpocket Pro
The free version covers up to 3 jobs. Backpocket Pro unlocks unlimited jobs and report exports. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in the App Store: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account and all of your business data from within the app: Reports → Account → Delete account.
