PlantPal keeps your plant data on your device. This policy explains what that means.
What stays on your device
Your plants, the photos you add, and your care and watering logs are stored only on your iPhone (via SwiftData). Photos you attach stay on your device. Camera and photo access is used solely to attach plant photos.
In-app purchases
PlantPal Pro is an auto-renewable subscription managed through RevenueCat and Apple. To deliver and restore your purchase, RevenueCat receives an anonymous, randomly generated identifier and your purchase/subscription status — never your name, email, or other personal information — and never uses it to track you across other apps or websites. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
What we don’t do
- No account, sign-in, name, or email required.
- No advertising and no ad networks.
- No analytics, behavioral tracking, or location collection.
- We never sell or share your information.
Children
PlantPal is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
